The Role

To take high-performing inverter product designs and make them happen! Working with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations teams to nurse projects from the development/ conceptual stage then map out and execute core manufacturing requirements/facilities to take products from conception and APQP, PPAP to full production through third-party contract manufacturing partners on a global basis that ultimately deliver cutting edge components into the demanding Automotive arena.

You will:

• Support development and deployment of proprietary capital equipment as required. Leverage a combination of internal and external resources.
• Build a practical execution plan under the timeline and cost constraints defined by customer requests and synchronize it with the product development and validation timeline.
• Execute the manufacturing process roadmap and synchronize with the product development roadmap based on the Company business model.

The Person

• Must have a breadth of knowledge in taking automotive products through the project cycle into production for demanding OEM clients
• Manufacturing process implementation and continuous improvement. Cross-functional teamwork experiences as a lead of an engineering group. ‒ Quality management and document control
  Demonstrated ability to design, optimize and qualify processes with data-driven decisions.
• Experience and proven capability to communicate technical information and program objectives to internal and external teams, including cross-functional team members, material and equipment suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Servant leader attitude: a leadership style and philosophy whereby the individual interacts with others—either in a management or fellow employee capacity—to achieve authority rather than power.
